This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be applicable. Please read carefully before making any service or parts purchases.


1. Service Refund Policy

a. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a vehicle service has been completed, we do not offer refunds for labor, diagnostics, or repairs already performed. This is due to the time, effort, and resources that go into delivering these services.

b. Service Guarantee
If you experience any issues directly related to the work performed by Big Toy Automotive, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost, provided it falls within the warranty period and terms of our service guarantee.


2. Parts Return and Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged parts within 2 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the part must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Unused and in resalable condition

b. Non-Returnable Parts
The following parts are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical components (e.g., sensors, wiring, etc.)
  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts
  • Parts that have been installed or show signs of use

c. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bigtoyautomotive.com or visit our service center with the part and proof of purchase. Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after the return is approved.

d. Restocking Fee
For certain returns, we may charge a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and inventory costs. This will be communicated to you at the time of return.


3. Refund Process for Canceled Services

a. Service Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No charges will apply for services canceled within this time frame.

b. Refund for Prepaid Services
In cases where payment was made in advance for services that have not yet been performed (e.g., pre-booked service packages), you may request a full refund by contacting us. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7 business days.


4. Warranty Coverage

Many parts and services provided by Big Toy Automotive come with a manufacturer or service warranty. Please refer to your receipt or service agreement for details on warranty coverage and duration. If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty part or service at no extra cost, as per the warranty terms.


5. Exchanges

If a part is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the same part. If the part is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
